DAY 01 (Tuesday): Coimbatore - Tirumala Temple
Departure from CBE at 06.00hrs by Train No 22616 - CBE TPTY Spl. Arrival TPTY at 13.20hrs, check in at hotel and afternoon proceed to Tirumala for darshan of Lord Venkateshwara, return back to hotel and dinner & overnight stay in hotel at Tirupati.
Day 02 (Wednesday): Kalahasti - Padmavati Temple - Coimbatore
Post breakfast checkout and proceed to visit Kalahasti Temple & Tiruchanur Padmavathi Ammavari Temple. Later drop by 14.00hrs to Tirupati Railway Station to board Train No 22615 - TPTY CBE Spl to Coimbatore. Arrival at Coimbatore Railway Station by 22.45hrs.

- All temple visits are subject to time availability and scheduled running of Train, unavoidable restrictions, Local strikes/ nationwide strikes etc.
- If the tourists miss the vehicle arranged by IRCTC at any place, they should reach the next place of the itinerary on their own to continue the package.
- There may be changes in the sightseeing itinerary that may be caused due to unavoidable situations which may arise and the same has to be adhered to.
- Guests are requested to take care of their baggage/valuables. IRCTC will not be responsible for any loss of baggage or valuables during the course of the tour.
- All guest needs to carry govt issued photo Identity cards. Photo ID card is needed for darshan and in train.

- IRCTC will not be responsible for any disruption of tours due to social and natural calamities.
- Being a group tour, all group members should strictly adhere to the timings and other instructions provided by the Tour Co-ordinator from time to time.
- Though this tour is time sensitive, performing Tonsuring at Tirumala or any Special Ritual, which consumes hours to perform, will be allowed/disallowed on complete discretion of Tour Escort/Local Guide accompanying the tourists duly understanding the time to keep for completing sightseeing.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation of your ticket, please log in to your account, select the Tour Confirmation Number of the ticket you wish to cancel and cancel your ticket from your booked history on line. Cancellation of your Ticket is possible only on the website www.irctctourism.com, and is not possible on PRS Counters. If the user wishes to cancel his ticket, cancellation rules for Land (Holiday) and Rail Tour Packages as under:

COVID-19 GUIDELINES
- Generic preventive measures:
The generic measures include simple public health measures that are to be followed to reduce the risk of COVID-19. These measures need to be observed by all supporting staff and tourists during tour package services at all times.
- Physical distancing of at least 6 feet to be followed as far as feasible.
- Use of face covers/masks to be made mandatory.
- Practice frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visibly dirty. Use of alcohol-based hand sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be made wherever feasible like train/transport/stay etc.
- Respiratory etiquettes to be strictly followed. This involves strict practice of covering one’s mouth and nose while coughing/sneezing with a Tissue/handkerchief/flexed elbow and disposing off used tissues properly.
- Self-Monitoring of health by all and reporting any illness at the earliest to Tour manager and IRCTC helpline.
- Spitting shall be strictly prohibited.
- Installation & use of Aarogya Setu app, shall be advised to all (Supporting staff & Tourists).
- DO’s & Don’ts list:
A list containing Do’s &Don’ts may be sent two days in advance from the date of journey /commencement of trip via e-mail/SMS and hardcopy may be given to each tourists at the time of boarding with the following points:
- Installation & use of AarogyaSetu app by all (Staff & Tourists)
- Tourist should wear face mask and hand gloves.
- Practice frequent hand washing with soap (for at least 40-60 seconds) even when hands are not visibly dirty. Use of alcohol-based sanitizers (for at least 20 seconds) can be made wherever feasible.
- Luggage should be disinfected at reception/ boarding point.
- Tourists are advised to avoid touching their eyes, nose and mouth with their hands.
- All tourists should abide to the mandatory health advisories issued by the States/Local administration which they are visiting.
- Tourists should avoid using other tourist’s phone, Water bottle, Umbrella etc as much as possible.
- Social distancing should be followed during boarding/de-boarding of train/ any other transport, Monuments &pilgrim places visit, group lunches/dinners etc.
- Loitering and crowding should be avoided in train corridors, gates, cabins, buses, hotels/Dharmashala etc.
- All tourists are advised that spitting is strictly prohibited in train, tourist places, buses, hotels/Dharmashala etc.
- Touching of statues/idols/holy books etc, not allowed in religious/tourist inside the religious place.
- No physical offerings like Prasad/distribution or sprinkling of holy water etc. inside the religious place.
- Avoid physical contact while greeting each other.
IRCTC has right to alter itinerary under unavoidable circumstances and is not liable for any type of natural calamities/ strikes/ cancellations/ delay of train/insurgency of any such nature which is beyond control during the tour period. Management is not accountable for any theft or damage of luggage during the trip. Operation of Bharat Darshan Trip is subject to minimum no. of passengers booked.
