IRCTC launches Vaishno Devi with Shivkhori Rail tour package for 05 NIGHTS and 06 DAYS Ex. Patna.

A pilgrimage to the Holy Shrine of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji is considered to be one of the holiest pilgrimages of our times. Popular the world over as Man Chhahi Muraadein Poori Karne Wali Mata, which means, the Mother who fulfills whatever Her children wish for, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Ji resides in a Holy Cave located in the folds of the three peaked mountain named Trikuta (pronounced as Trikoot). The Holy Cave attracts millions of devotees every year. In fact, the number of Yatris visiting the Holy Shrine annually now exceeds one crore. This is due to the unflinching faith of the devotees who throng the Shrine from all parts of India and abroad.

The Holy Cave of the Mother is situated at an altitude of 5200 ft. The Yatris have to undertake a trek of nearly 12 km from the base camp at Katra. At the culmination of their pilgrimage, the yatries are blessed with the Darshans of the Mother Goddess inside the Sanctum Sanctorum- the Holy Cave. These Darshans are in the shape of three natural rock formations called the Pindies. There are no statues or idols inside the Cave.

1. All Sightseeing/Darshan as per Itinerary subject to scheduled running of Trains/Local/ Nationwide strikes/Lockdown/Natural & Social calamities etc
2. Note: There should be minimum of 1 pax booking for this package on any given date in order to operate; otherwise, it will be cancelled. And, pre-ponement/postponement not allowed.
3. All Pilgrims/Tourists should carry/produce their personal (in original) ID cards with them Any changes regarding name/age/gender, etc. is permitted only once & should before 5 days prior to journey. Once the Railway Tickets are prepared, no changes will be allowed.

Day 01 (Saturday): Arrive at Patna station before time to board Train no. 12355 (Train timing may be checked before reaching Station) departing by 07.30 hrs.

Day 02 (Sunday) : Reach Jammu Tawi Railway station by 10.25hrs. On arrival, pick up from station and transfer to Katra  and chechk in hotel. After freshen-up, tourists  will proceed for Vaishno devi Darshan at their  own.  (Dinner)

Day 03 (Monday) : Take rest. Shopping in the evening at their own. (Breakfast + Dinner)

Day 04 (Tuesday) : After breakfast, proceed towards Shivkhori , return and night stay at same katra hotel. (Breakfast + Dinner)

Day 05 (Wednesday) : After breakfast, Check-out from Hotel and proceed to Jammu Tawi Railway station to board Train no. 12356 by 17.45 hrs. (Breakfast )

Day 06 (Thursday) :  Arrive Patna Railway Station by 20.45 hrs.  Journey ends with sweet memories.

IRCTC is not liable for missing of one or more services as per the itinerary due to late running of trains. Tourists should strictly adhere to the timings failing which IRCTC will not be liable for missing of any service including darshan and return train. If the tourists miss the bus arranged by IRCTC at any place, they should reach the next place of the itinerary on their own.

Tourists should take care of their personal belongings and luggage. IRCTC is not liable for losses or thefts. 
In case of cancellation of Darshan in situations beyond the control of IRCTC including peak rush during festivals refund will be made only for the services missed. No refund will be made in case of skipping of any service including darshan voluntarily by the tourist. No refund will be made in case of missing of any service including darshan due to the negligence of tourists.
